Hurley Agency was established in 2016 by Kevin M. Hurley.

Hurley Agency is a local Insurance brokerage with national presence. Our business is a third-generation agency with a highly respected reputation. We offer premier insurance carriers to our clients. Our coverage includes Home Insurance and Automobile Insurance, with unique competency for collector cars and sports cars. We place most of our clients with Chubb because of the variety of insurance offerings for our mutual clients. 

We also serve as an employee benefits practice specializing in middle market companies. The management of an employee benefits program is a continuous process, and Hurley Agency provides a consultative approach and delivers a strategy that is specific to a client’s needs and puts the client first.

While the renewal and open enrollment are annual events, Hurley Agency is with our clients every step of the way by:

1. Providing financial modeling 120 days prior to renewal

2. Preparing a complete market analysis with formulated recommendations, preparation of proposal specifications, market selections and funding strategies

3. Presenting a hands-on approach with insurance carriers and other vendors to ensure timelines are met

4. Providing continuous long-term strategic planning and continued service and maintenance

Kevin Hurley is the third generation of the Hurley family to be working in the insurance industry.  Working with James P. (father) and James F. (grandfather) allowed Kevin to be on the fast track of learning and producing business. 

Kevin’s work in a multi-state and some multi-national businesses has enabled him to distinguish himself and his company above competitors.

Kevin values working with both high net worth individuals and some of NJ’s largest corporations, giving him the ability to help virtually any customer or business.
